As well as looking after our school, students also need to look after our neighbours by being respectful of their property. At Assembly on Monday I spoke about appropriate behaviour at school following an incident of students throwing sticks over the fence of one of our neighbours and also pulling palings off a fence to give food to a neighbour’s rabbit. Fortunately the neighbour was not hurt however it is not something we want to have occurring.

Not only do we need to keep ourselves safe at school, but we need to behave in ways that mean others are also safe. At school we throw balls, we throw beanbags and we sometimes throw parties! We do not throw sticks, stones or tanbark. Please reinforce this message with your child tonight.
